Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain patient records accurately.

• Assist doctors during procedures, emergencies, and daily rounds.

• Manage ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors, and other ICU equipment.

• Ensure strict infection control and patient safety protocols.

• Evaluate patient condition and respond promptly to changes.

• Communicate effectively with patient families regarding care plans.

• Maintain proper documentation and handover notes.

Educational Requirements:

• Diploma/BSc in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Valid BNMC registration is mandatory.

• Additional ICU/CCU training diploma preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in ICU/CCU.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong clinical knowledge of critical care.

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with ICU machines and life-support systems.

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
