Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Professional Experience:2-3 years of experience working with CRM systems in the IT sector.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM customisation and development.
  • Technical Skills:Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with API integrations and data migration tools and Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or SQL are a plus.
  • Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • CRM Development & Maintenance:Design, implement, and maintain CRM systems, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Customize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo) based on team requirements.
  • Process Optimisation: Streamline workflows by integrating CRM with third-party tools and systems.
  • Automate routine CRM tasks to improve operational efficiency.
  • Data Management:Maintain accurate and secure customer data records.
  • Create dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to understand their needs.
  • Provide technical support and training for CRM users.
  • Technical Expertise:Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve CRM-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and CRM technologies.
  • Client Facing: This could be a client facing role. You might need to work with clients directly
