Educational Requirements:
∎ Having BBA/MBA degree from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ At least 3-5 years human resources relevant experience in any development organization.
∎ Prepare letter for interview, report and appointment of new staff.
∎ Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly.
∎ Facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
∎ Prepare Staff Performance Appraisal for confirmation and annual increment.
∎ Follow up on confirmation records.
∎ Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
∎ Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
∎ Handling all employee enquiries.
∎ Update and maintain HR software, prepare the new employee file of each employee of respective department.
∎ Monitor daily incoming and outgoing mails.
∎ Check staff attendance.
∎ Assist the department heads in daily routine works.
∎ Close collaboration with development Programs Projects and social Enterprising sector personnel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years

∎ Responsible and time bound.
∎ Computer knowledge (overall Microsoft packages)
