Job Context:
∎ "HR Bangladesh Ltd" is an Indigenous Human Resource Consulting firm and Placement Agency urgently hiring HR Coordinator for a renowned Company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and coordinate the recruitment schedules and interview processes.
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process in collaboration with the recruitment office and work with line managers to develop Job Descriptions, advertising for new positions, shortlisting, screening and interviewing.
∎ The primary duties and activities performed by this role will be in the project management and support tasks for the Project.
∎ Develop and provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation to line management and build the capacity of line management to understand and implement organizational policies and procedures.
∎ Work closely with line management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention.
∎ Provide reports against the HR aspects for all project reporting requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent standard of English- verbal, reading and writing.
∎ Additional HR education and / or certification.
∎ Experience of international development projects in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable
