∎ We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and highly professional individual to join our team as an HR and Accounts Officer. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of both the human resources and accounting departments. This dual-role position demands a proactive individual capable of handling sensitive data, managing employee needs, and maintaining financial discipline within the organization.
∎ Key Responsibilities:Human Resource Management:Maintain and update employee records, including joining, resignations, transfers, promotions, and disciplinary actions.Coordinate the entire recruitment and onboarding process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and documentation.Administer payroll processing, attendance, and leave management accurately.
∎ Manage employee benefits including bonuses, incentives, provident funds, and holiday leaves.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
∎ Provide support in performance management, appraisals, and training initiatives.
∎ Organize staff meetings, performance reviews, and professional development activities.
∎ Maintain a professional and confidential HR database.
∎ Assist in building a strong office culture through motivational activities and events.
∎ Handle employee grievances in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Accounting & Finance:
∎ Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions including vouchers, invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
∎ Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and salary disbursement reports.
∎ Assist in preparing yearly budget, expense forecasting, and audit documentation.
∎ Ensure accurate tax and VAT submission and maintain liaison with external auditors or government bodies when necessary.
∎ Manage petty cash, office expenses, and reconciliation of bank accounts.
∎ Maintain all official bills (utility, internet, rent, etc.) and process timely payments.
∎ Oversee and ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
∎ Ensure transparency, compliance, and accountability in all accounting functions.

∎ Job Context:This is a full-time, in-house position based in our head office. The candidate must be highly responsible, ethical, and professional, with a strong understanding of HR practices and financial management. Working closely with the leadership team, the HR & Accounts Officer will contribute directly to the strategic and operational growth of the company. The position requires multitasking ability, attention to detail, strong communication skills (both in English and Bengali), and a solution-driven mindset.

∎ Required Skills & Competencies:
∎ Excellent knowledge of HR and payroll software (e.g., Excel, Tally, Zoho, etc.)
∎ Sound knowledge of local labor laws and financial regulations
∎ Exceptional time management and organizational skills
∎ Strong verbal and written communication ability
∎ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
∎ Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical capabilities

∎ Educational Qualification:
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HRM, Finance, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
∎ Experience Requirement:
∎ Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in combined HR and accounting roles.

∎ Working Hours:
∎ 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)
