We are looking for a Hospital Supervisor who will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate staff, and ensure smooth service delivery with patient satisfaction as the top priority. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills with prior experience in hospital/healthcare management.

• Supervise daily hospital operations to ensure smooth patient care and service delivery.

• Monitor and coordinate activities of doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff.

• Ensure proper patient care, safety, and satisfaction across all departments.

• Oversee admission, discharge, billing, and front-desk operations.

• Maintain discipline, hygiene, and cleanliness in the hospital premises.

• Prepare duty rosters, check staff attendance, and ensure proper shift management.

• Implement hospital rules, regulations, and compliance policies.

• Coordinate with diagnostic, pharmacy, and other service units for uninterrupted operations.

• Handle patient complaints and provide quick, professional resolutions.

• Maintain hospital supplies, equipment, and stock management.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to higher management.

• Assist in training, workshops, and emergency response drills.
