• Strong understanding of clinical and non-clinical hospital systems such as air conditioning, ventilation, fire protection, medical gas pipelines, electrical systems, building management systems, plumbing, etc (E)
• Familiarity with international healthcare construction standards such as JCI, NABH & ISO (D)
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships (E)
• Ability to update, track and manage financial statements using Microsoft Excel (E)
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams (E)
• Strong skills in Microsoft applications suite (PowerPoint, Excel), Cloud Video-conferencing software (Zoom, Google Meet, updating and saving documents to the Cloud (E)

Role: Hospital Construction Project Manager

About the Project:

We are building a new 450-bed Hospital & Medical college with state of the art medical equipment and highly skilled doctors, in Dhaka. The structure of the building is 90% complete and we shall now start the internal and finishing work. The Hospital & the Medical College are to be constructed in accordance to International standards, including JCI, NABH, ISO certifications.

Our approach from planning to execution is fully focused on the patient’s well being above all. 

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Construction Project Manager to lead the complete project management of this state-of-the-art hospital construction project.

• The role requires comprehensive planning, organizing, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating all construction and engineering efforts.

• The Hospital Project Manager will ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with international standards.

• The ideal candidate will work closely with consultants, architects, engineers, consultants, subject-matter experts, and vendors to manage every aspect of the hospital’s construction, including internal and external finishes, systems installation, and operational readiness.
