Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
Coordinate with medical, diagnostic, and support departments to ensure quality service delivery.
Develop and implement hospital policies, SOPs, and compliance measures.
Oversee patient care standards and ensure a patient-friendly environment.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Monitor financial operations, budgets, and resource allocations.
Ensure regulatory compliance with healthcare laws and accreditation standards.
Maintain effective communication with doctors, nurses, technicians, and management.
Handle emergency situations and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
