∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Must be graduate with working experience on Neglected tropical diseases (NTDs)
∎ Skills Required: Kobo applications, Report Writing

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Job Context:
∎ 1. Have a valid driving license and frequent field visit with motor cycle
∎ 2. The candidate will have mental preparation for staying at Borguna district for 1 year.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preference will be given to those who have practical experience on working with the people affected by leprosy or lymphatic filariasis disease
∎ Ready to go anywhere in Bangladesh with the assignment
∎ Maintain database for the Lymphatic Filariasis (LF) patient and update when necessary
∎ Maintain good relationship with local health department specially Civil Surgeons and UH&FPOs
∎ Visit Upazila in a planned manner randomly, and maintain personnel contact with staff/volunteers to encourage, monitor and provide suggestions to improve the quality of work.
∎ Take lead role to conduct self-care practice session and facilitate field level activities by assistance with MHVs
∎ Reportable to Project Manager and submit plan and report periodically to him
∎ Take lead role in Advocacy, Communication and Social Mobilization in his/her working areas
∎ Assist Project Manager for DC certificate collection
∎ Collect data for any survey or assessment through KoBo when instructed
∎ Facilitate the session for health care service providers on LF
∎ Assist all type of logistic and technical support to the Project Manger for implementing the project
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Including Festival Bonus, Gratuity, Provident Fund
