∎ Candidate have to Bachelor degree in any discipline with vast knowledge in the relevant field.
∎ Minimum 05 years of work experience as a Technician of designing & developing jigs & molds also must have professional training.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Able to speak in Burmese & English to communicate independently with higher management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and prepare style wise SOP.
∎ Develop the format and prepare process breakdown.
∎ Line balancing, machine list, jig list, manpower allocation style wise.
∎ Design, develop & implement proper Jig, pattern & mold for every style.
∎ Train and develop team members on CAD design, CNC machine programming and operation.
∎ Take lead of different project as management requirement and execute the implementation of the projects by given deadline.
∎ Plan and execute QCO project in factory.
∎ Develop management review reports in Power Bi.
∎ Design and implement different improvement Projects in factory. (CI & BPR)
∎ Lead KAIZEN project in the factory.
∎ Design training and development projects for Production/commercialization, PD/IE etc. department and ensure execution on time.
