Experience:

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).

• Retired Armed Forces / Police / Security Agency Officers will get preference.

• Training in Industrial Security, Fire & Safety, or Risk Management will be an added advantage.

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies

• Age 35 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Excellent leadership, discipline, and crisis-handling ability.

• Strong communication and coordination skills with local law enforcement agencies.

• Sound knowledge of security systems (CCTV, Fire Safety, Access Control, etc.).

• Physically fit and mentally alert, with the ability to work in all shifts if needed.

• High level of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality.

Job Context:

The Head of Security will be responsible for the overall safety, security, and protection of the company’s personnel, property, assets, and operations. The position requires a proactive, disciplined, and experienced individual capable of developing and enforcing security policies, managing security personnel, and ensuring 24/7 protection at all company facilities including Head Office, factories, and project sites.

Key Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Security Planning & Management:

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.

• Ensure round-the-clock security coverage for all company premises (Head Office, Factory, Warehouse, etc.).

• Plan and organize security shifts, duty rosters, and guard deployment as per operational requirements.

• Oversee access control systems, visitor management, and vehicle movement inside the premises.

• Maintain security-related records, incident logs, and duty registers accurately.

🔹 Personnel Supervision:

• Lead, train, and supervise the entire security team (in-house and outsourced).

• Conduct regular briefings, inspections, and performance evaluations of guards and supervisors.

• Arrange periodic security training programs (fire safety, emergency response, crisis control, etc.).

• Motivate team members to maintain high alertness, discipline, and professionalism.

🔹 Safety, Risk & Crisis Management:

• Identify potential security threats and develop risk mitigation plans.

• Respond promptly to emergencies such as theft, fire, accident, or unauthorized entry.

• Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, fire alarms, access control, and other safety systems.

• Conduct investigations of any breach, theft, or incident and submit detailed reports to management.

• Liaise with local police, fire service, and intelligence agencies for necessary coordination.

🔹 Compliance & Administration:

• Ensure compliance with company policy, safety standards, and government security regulations.

• Support admin & HR department during official visits, events, and VIP movement.

• Prepare and submit monthly security reports and improvement recommendations to management.

• Control and optimize security-related costs and vendor contracts.
