Job Context:
∎ We are inviting application from only eligible who has experienced with similar job in similar industry (Real Estate) minimum 10 years.
∎ This is a full time permanent position and demands the following preference for an eligible incumbent.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing Security Operations and leading Security Teams.
∎ Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
∎ To monitor & supervise overall management of Security personnel of the Company.
∎ To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties with sincerity, smartness, and dedication
∎ Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
∎ Identify security threat and implement preventative measures
∎ Coordinate responses to emergencies and alarms, as well as compile incident reports
∎ To make liaison with the emergency service, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and services
∎ Pro-actively ensuring the protection and safety of properties/assets, management and employee of the company
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for management, employees and visitors
∎ Responding to emergency situation (if any)
∎ Preventing and detecting offenses in factories (if any)
∎ Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter the premises
∎ Accurately updating administrative records and roasters
∎ Keep moral of the security personnel high at all times.
∎ Ensure security team and other employees company abide by the company's Code of Conduct
∎ Accurately reporting all incidences to the line management
∎ To follow up the different types of registers (Guard's Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer's in/Out, Visitor, Key register etc.)
∎ To take different type of modern initiatives to prevent theft activities of Company yards & valuables of company.
∎ Monitor and maintenance of CCTV footage
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy and ability to use computer in a technological platform
∎ Knowledge of public safety and security
∎ Knowledge in operating and monitoring IP based CCTV and modern electronic access and security control devices
∎ Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
∎ Willingness to work in shifts and holidays, if required
∎ Retired Major and above from Military will be given preference
Salary: Negotiable
