Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for website development services.

  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.

  • Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, and industry segments to expand the company’s client base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and follow-ups.

  • Work closely with the project and technical team to understand service offerings and provide accurate information to clients.

  • Oversee proposal writing, pitch decks, pricing strategies, and negotiation processes.

  • Monitor market trends and competition to refine sales approaches.

  • Ensure timely reporting, pipeline management, and CRM data accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in website development, software, IT solutions, or digital agency sales.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
