Sales Leadership:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales personnel.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Establish and expand strong distributor and retail networks.
• Build long-term customer relationships with key clients, corporate buyers, and institutional partners.

Marketing Management:

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-store).
• Develop brand strategies to enhance market positioning and brand awareness.
• Oversee new product launches and seasonal promotions.
• Manage social media presence, PR campaigns, and customer engagement efforts.
• Coordinate with production, design, and R&D teams to align marketing with product development.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:

• Set sales and marketing KPIs and monitor performance regularly.
• Build a customer database to monitor market share and improvement.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing spend plans.
• Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior management.
• Identify and implement CRM and analytics tools to improve customer insights and campaign effectiveness.
