Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the total Sales & Marketing activities of 4W
∎ Responsible for achieving the periodic sales target.
∎ Lead the sales forces to develop the business.
∎ Planning and Forecasting of sales activities to develop the business-in consultation with top management.
∎ To develop Corporate, Dealer, Showroom and Individual Sales.
∎ Prepare sales budget periodically.
∎ Branding the product all over Bangladesh to attract potential customers.
∎ To expand network to increase the sales all over Bangladesh.
∎ Responsible for Credit Collection and Realization effectively.
∎ To analyze the Market for taking competitive advantage and chalk out plan to get maximum sales volume through Branches/Dealers.
∎ To arrange continuous Training of Sales forces with new products and sales techniques to make them unparalleled in the competitive market.
∎ Analyze competitors' activities and give the feedback to the management time to time.
∎ Submit the periodical sales report and Market progression report to the management.
∎ Build positive working relationship with existing clients for repeat business & generate new inquiry & keeping track;
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability
∎ Should be self driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ Willing to travel extensively across the country
∎ High level of professional integrity
