Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead our awesome sales team (IoT solutions) and help them reach new heights by providing guidance, coaching, and support.
∎ Develop and execute a killer sales strategy for our IoT Solutions. We're all about meeting and exceeding sales targets!
∎ Be on the lookout for exciting new business opportunities. We want you to expand our customer base by forging partnerships and exploring different national and international market segments.
∎ Building strong relationships with new customers is your key. You'll understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that make them say, "Wow, Bondstein really gets us!"
∎ Collaboration is everything! Work closely with our marketing and creative team to create effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and awesome marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive sales.
∎ Stay ahead of the game by monitoring market trends, keeping an eye on our competitors, and listening to customer feedback. This way, we can continuously improve our products and stay at the forefront of the IoT solutions industry.
∎ Get ready to impress the C-suite executives team! Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics that showcase our achievements, highlight challenges, and recommend actions for even greater success of Bondstein.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
∎ You've got a track record of leading and managing successful sales teams with ownership of the ICT based solutions, IoT solutions. Experience in Enterprises, or Telco industry would be a big plus.
∎ Generating new B2B and B2C sales leads are your jam! You've got extensive experience in both realms, with a focus on solution-selling and building strong relationships.
∎ You're a true industry expert. You know the ins and outs of the IoT solutions market, including trends, customer needs, and what our competitors are up to.
∎ When it comes to strategic frameworks and performance for sales, you're a pro! Your professional capacity in developing winning strategies will help take us to the next level in generating new sales leads.
∎ Communication and negotiation skills? You're a master at building rapport and influencing key stakeholders.
∎ Problem-solving is your superpower, and you're always focused on achieving results. You're driven, strategic, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.
∎ Sales data doesn't intimidate you. In fact, you're great at analyzing it, spotting trends, and turning insights into action.
∎ CRM software and other sales-related tools? You're proficient in using them like a pro!

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 85000 (Monthly)
