Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to play key roles as people manager, customer manager and business manager,
∎ Responsible to create high performance sales teams and lead them to generate hit revenue forecasts and meet customer needs,
∎ To act as a conductor of a company's revenue engine,
∎ Responsible for motivating and advising their sales people to improve their performance,
∎ Achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
∎ Ensure that the sales department makes sure that customer needs are met.
∎ Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency,
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 18-20 years experience in a reputed pharmaceutical company
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong research and analytical skills.
∎ In-depth understanding of the company's current products and future concepts.
∎ Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
∎ Budget-management skills and proficiency.
∎ Confident, self driven, innovative , problem solving and excellent technical skills
∎ Leadership skills, Planning and organization skills
∎ Should be strived for excellence, dependable and trustworthy.
