Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced and goal-driven Head of Sales to lead and drive our sales team.
This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, a track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to inspire a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the entire sales team.
- Set clear, measurable sales targets for individual team members and the group.
- Mentor, coach, and inspire team members to meet or exceed their goals.
- Implement strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify new sales opportunities and lead initiatives to capture them.
- Generate and analyze daily sales performance reports.
- Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Suggest innovative ideas for business growth and customer acquisition.
Job Other Benifits:
- Salary Range: 60,000 to 70,000 BDT per month (negotiable based on experience and performance).
