Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• At least 5 years

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to thrive in a results-oriented and high-pressure environment.

We are looking for an experienced and goal-driven Head of Sales to lead and drive our sales team.

This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, a track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to inspire a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the entire sales team.
• Set clear, measurable sales targets for individual team members and the group.
• Mentor, coach, and inspire team members to meet or exceed their goals.
• Implement strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify new sales opportunities and lead initiatives to capture them.
• Generate and analyze daily sales performance reports.
• Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Suggest innovative ideas for business growth and customer acquisition.

Salary Range: 60,000 to 70,000 BDT per month (negotiable based on experience and performance). Additional Benefits: Performance-based incentives, mobile and internet allowances, and opportunities for promotion based on performance.
