Experience:

• At least 15 years

• 4-years graduation preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing or related discipline from a reputed university with no third class/division or equivalent CGPA in the academic record. Having Postgraduate degree will be considered an added advantage.

• Any relevant Professional Qualifications will be considered an added advantage.

• At least 15 years

• Age At most 55 years

• Minimum 15 years of banking experience, with at least 5 years in Credit Risk Management/Corporate Credit related to RMG sector and Foreign Trade (Export/ Import).

• Proven track record in credit appraisal, portfolio monitoring, and risk management in corporate/RMG lending.

• Age not exceeding 55 years as of September 30, 2025. The age limit may be relaxed based on relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the RMG (Readymade Garments) portfolio ensuring prudent credit risk assessment and portfolio quality.

• Evaluate, review, and approve/ recommend RMG-related credit proposals in line with the Bank’s Credit Policy, and Bangladesh Bank guidelines.

• Formulate and implement risk management strategies for RMG exposures, ensuring proper diversification, sectoral risk assessment, and NPL minimization.

• Monitor the performance of RMG credit portfolio; analyze client creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and industry-specific risks.

• Conduct stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk rating for RMG borrowers to strengthen risk management framework.

• Collaborate with Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Recovery, and Treasury Divisions to ensure effective end-to-end risk control of RMG clients.

• Maintain close liaison with regulatory bodies (Bangladesh Bank, BGMEA, BKMEA, EPB) and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Ensure credit files preparation, documentation, and approvals are properly maintained and ready for internal/external audit.

• Prepare and present periodic reports to Senior Management/Board Risk Management Committee on RMG sector exposures, risk trends, and portfolio performance.

• Lead, train, and mentor team members to develop expertise in RMG sector credit risk.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting line.
