Education:
MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance or a related discipline.
Proven experience in IT services, cybersecurity, cloud or technology solution businesses.
8–12 years of progressive experience in revenue management, sales leadership or commercial roles.
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role handling enterprise or solution-based sales.
Strong exposure to large contracts, enterprise clients and structured sales environments.
Develop and execute the overall revenue growth strategy aligned with Akij Blue Pill Limited’s business objectives and long-term vision.
Own end-to-end revenue accountability, including sales targets, pipeline management, forecasting, and achievement of annual and quarterly revenue goals.
Establish incentive structures and performance metrics for revenue-generating teams to ensure productivity and accountability.
Govern pricing strategy, discount approvals, deal structuring, and margin control to ensure profitability and commercial discipline.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships, OEM alliances and channel sales programs to expand market reach.
Collaborate with a cross functional department to ensure accurate revenue recognition, billing alignment and risk mitigation.
Ensure effective sales reporting and data-driven decision-making across revenue operations.
Identify and mitigate revenue leakage risks, ensuring timely invoicing and coordination with collections teams.
