- Excellent communication, analytical skills with strong interpersonal relationship

Responsibilities & Context:
SBAC Bank PLC is looking for experienced professionals in the Head of Retail and Distribution position.
Employment Status: Permanent in the rank of FVP and above.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all Retail & Distribution activities of the Bank as Head of the Division.
- Develop and execute the retail and distribution strategy in alignment with the Bank’s overall business objectives.
- Drive growth in retail banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking solutions.
- Oversee branch operations, distribution channels, and customer service standards to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other business units to optimize cross-selling, product penetration, and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management guidelines.
- Collaborate with other divisions to ensure alignment of retail operations with overall business objectives.
- Identify, analyze and manage different types of risk involved in retail business and determine the pricing of risk associated with the proposals
- Finalizing proposals and place memo, office note before the respective authority for approval
- Leading, coaching and managing retail team, assisting them to achieve individual and team targets as well as fostering their individual career development aspirations.
