Team Leadership

• Lead and establish Inspection and Production teams with clear guidance and structure.

• Conduct performance appraisals and capability analysis of QA staff.

Inspection & Inventory Management

•  Ensure collection of PO sheets, samples, fabrics, trims, accessories, and inspection reports.

• Implement fabric and accessories inspection methods and testing procedures (internal & external).

Production & Sample Coordination

• Confirm buyer specifications and resolve ambiguities.

• Oversee sample development and conduct Pre-Production Meetings for all styles.

• Monitor production progress and report to top management.

Quality Control & Audits

• Conduct regular audits across cutting, sewing, and finishing sections.

• Maintain and exceed AQL standards set by both company and buyers.

• Control repairable, washable, and rejected garments rigorously.

Performance & Compliance Monitoring

• Analyze factory quality performance (DHU%, inspection pass rate).

• Implement root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

• Ensure timely shipments aligned with quality and quantity standards.

• Communication & Coordination

• Liaise with merchandisers, buyers, and external parties for smooth operations.

• Update CAPs and ensure compliance with buyer-specific quality systems.

Training & Development

• Prepare training modules and conduct quality awareness programs.

• Analyze and improve QMS across all factories as per buyer requirements.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit timely reports including:

• Thread cut, in-process, lot pass, measurement status

• End-line inspection, metal detector calibration, rejection reports

• UPC/Print sticker checks, style closing, pre-final/final inspections

• Root cause analysis and other buyer-required documentation

Housekeeping & Workplace Standards

Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of working areas.
