Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline preferably in Development Studies, Governance or Social Science and English with a foreign degree in any of above-mentioned subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Department/Unit: Program
∎ Accountability: Director, Program Operations
∎ Tenure of Services Contract: 2 Years (Extension based on satisfactory performance and availability of fund)
∎ Working Conditions: Required 70% frequent field visit and 30% at Country Office
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 years extensive experience of program/project operations and management in NGO preferably in international NGO. Work experience in Education, Child Rights & Protection, Livelihood, having good knowledge on WASH, ECD etc. Proven experience of designing project planning, designing and implementing.
∎ Demonstrated ability to set up operational management systems in a large complex program/project.
∎ Previous experience of managing program/project operations teams in large-scale.
∎ Proven experience of budget management and timely execution, Staff management, conflict resolve staff coaching and mentoring.
∎ Extensive knowledge in program/project planning, design and monitoring.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
∎ Position requires language skills in both English and Bangla at an advanced level.
∎ Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation and coaching, Leadership capacity.
∎ Substantial training and capacity building experience.
∎ Broad knowledge and awareness of current issues and trend in the field of development.
∎ Child rights
Salary:
∎ Monthly Gross Salary BDT 151,463 (Taka one lac fifty-one thousand four hundred and sixty-three) only subject to deduction of Tax at source; based on salary history and experience.

∎ According to organizational Human Resources Policy.
