Job Area: Dhaka

The Head of Operation shall oversee and coordinate the operational activities of the liaison office in Bangladesh, including monitoring garment production, coordinating with local garment factories and suppliers, supervising quality assurance and inspection, following up on orders placed by the principal company, monitoring production schedules and delivery commitments, resolving operational issues, and preparing regular reports for the principal company to ensure compliance with its instructions and required quality standards.

The role also includes developing the skill and managing local staff and representing the company professionally in Bangladesh liaison office.
