Merchandising
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive strategic vision and tactical direction for all top member product and experience selection, devise site calendar strategy
∎ Presenting new category recommendations regularly to HOB/ED , and working closely with the Merchandising team to collaboratively pursue existing and new partners
∎ Negotiating pricing terms with buyers and formulating new merchandising ideas
∎ Developing financial plan and managing to order quantity targets
∎ Keeping abreast of industry trends and new product ideas
∎ Building strong relationships with partners
∎ Manage current and develop new buyer relationships to meet business demands and keep us yet competitive
∎ Develop improvement plans, produce monthly reports to and research product implementation
∎ Assist in pricing, budgeting and creating profit and loss statement
∎ As product owner following-up order taking , production and shipment
∎ Must be participation team leader
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and problem solving skills
∎ Must have excellent presentation skills in English for both large and small audiences
∎ Strong understanding of merchandising financials and the ability to manage profitability
∎ Self-starter/ self-motivated, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without supervision
∎ Computer skills to include Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook with handling ERP software is required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
