Responsibilities & Context:

The position is responsible for the overall security, safety, asset protection, and risk management of the entire SuperGolf facility. This role ensures the protection of guests, employees, and property while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment

Job Responsibilities

Security Strategy & Operations Management

• Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for the entire SuperGolf facility (annually; reviewed quarterly)

• Oversee day-to-day security operations including access control, patrols, CCTV monitoring, and parking security (daily)

• Establish and enforce security protocols for all areas including golf bays, F&B outlets, retail, back-of-house, and parking facilities (ongoing)

• Manage and monitor access control systems including key cards, biometric systems, and visitor management (daily)

• Ensure adequate security coverage across all shifts including morning, evening, and overnight operations (daily)

• Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency response services when required (as needed)

• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks (quarterly)

Team Leadership & Staff Management

·         Conduct daily shift briefings to communicate threats, VIP movements, and special event requirements

• Promote a professional, vigilant, and guest-friendly security culture across the team

Emergency Response & Crisis Management

·         Investigate all security-related incidents and prepare detailed incident reports (as needed)

• Ensure maintenance and readiness of emergency equipment including first aid kits, AEDs, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting (monthly)

Surveillance & Technology Management

·         Oversee CCTV surveillance systems (200+ cameras) to ensure full operational coverage and recording integrity (daily)

Loss Prevention & Asset Protection

• Develop and implement strategies to prevent internal and external theft, fraud, and vandalism (ongoing)

• Investigate suspected theft, fraud, or misconduct and recommend corrective action (as needed)

Guest & VIP Security

• Develop and implement VIP security and protection protocols (per VIP visit)

• Coordinate with Guest Relations and Operations teams for VIP arrivals and movements (as needed)

• Manage crowd control during peak hours and special events (as needed)

• Handle and resolve guest-related security concerns and complaints professionally

Reporting & Investigation

• Conduct thorough investigations into all security incidents and violations
