Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in Accounting or Finance
∎ CA CC / Part Qualified CA preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Internal Audit, prepare and present reports in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) to the Audit Committee and Board
∎ Review procedures in all business activities to ensure system of control is adequate to achieve established objectives. Determine causes of irregularities if any and recommend corrective actions for improvement
∎ Inspect accounting system and financial statements according to BFRS/IFRS, and provide financial performance analysis
∎ Review procurement and other financial transactions on Pre and Post basis.
∎ Review material costing, product costing and pricing, and analyse the variance and process loss.
∎ Ensure the Compliance in Income Tax, VAT, Companies Act, Labor Law, etc.
∎ Performing any other job assigned by the Management and Board
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years’ experience (preferably 3 years’ relevant experience in Textile Company)
∎ Experienced in Financial Audit, Compliance Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax and VAT Management
∎ Proficient in TALLY and MS Office
∎ Strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills
∎ Good interpersonal and leadership skills
