Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed University having no 3rd division/class or CGPA less than 2.50 in any examination.
∎ Diploma in HRM or MBA major in HRM will get preference

∎ 15 to 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Management guidelines by preparing, updating & recommending human resources policies & procedures.
∎ Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting & training employees.
∎ Develop compensation strategies and policies by conducting periodic pay surveys: scheduling & conducting job evaluation; preparing pay budgets; monitoring & scheduling individual pay action; recommending, planning & implementing pay structure revisions.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Providing professional level suggestions to the management including management of labor relations, corrective actions, dispute resolution, compensation; recruitment and retention; and organizational structure and staffing.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
∎ Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15-18 years of banking experience wherein minimum 8 years' experience in HR out of which at least 03 years of experience as Head/Deputy Head of HR.
∎ In-depth knowledge of HR Operations, HR best practices and demonstrable experience with HR Analytics/ Metrics along with relevant knowledge on labor law, contract law.
∎ Must have leadership quality.
∎ Smart, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good command over English is desirable
