Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/MBS/MBA in Accounting from any reputed university.
∎ CA (CC) ( CA Knowledge Level)/ ACCA (Minimum 900 Marks Completed)/ CMA ( Minimum 1200 Marks Completed)/CIMA.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fixed Assets Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop SOP for Fixed Assets Management.
∎ To develop, organize and maintain of fixed assets of the organization according to business goals.
∎ Monitoring of assets, clearing GL.
∎ Controlling and monitoring of fixed assets movement as per SOP.
∎ To ensure proper recording of fixed assets by creating and supervising a system of procedures, forms, and controls.
∎ To recommend any updates to accounting policies affecting fixed assets to management.
∎ Monitoring of Fixed Asset Module and GL through reconciling fixed asset.
∎ To ensure accurate calculation of depreciation expenses according to the classes of fixed assets.
∎ To perform revision and update on the detailed schedule of accumulated depreciation and fixed assets.
∎ To find out fixed assets' obsolescence potentiality and recommend those fixed assets.
∎ To carry out periodic reviews on intangible assets' impairment.
∎ To carry out counting of fixed assets physically time to time.
∎ To create fixed asset related audit schedules, and collaborate with auditors on their assignments.
∎ Will be responsible for any audit (Internal or External) observation relating to fixed assets.
∎ Tracking Company's fixed asset spending in relation to its capital budget, as well as management authorisations.
∎ Any other job assigned by BOD, MD, AMD, HOD and HOA.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Proper knowledge about IFRS, IAS, Companies Act, ITO-1984 , VAT and BSEC's rules.
Salary: Negotiable
