∎ At least 10- 12 years working experience in Banks or Financial Institutions in related field with track record of demonstrable results
∎ Entrepreneurial attitude and able to work independently under pressure
∎ Adequate Knowledge in Money Market, Capital Market, Fund Mobilization; Competent to supervise and work with a dynamic group of professionals
∎ Ability to deal with regulatory authorities
∎ Capability to assess the trend of Financial Market and able to take prudent decisions; Well-conversant with the Banking and Financial Regulations, Capital Market Regulations, as well as related Government Rules and Regulations
∎ Adequate training in related field, energetic and people oriented
∎ Strong communication, management and negotiation skills
