Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate major in Accounts & Finance from a national / Foreign University, preferably with FCA / FCMA / CA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Garments, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Banks
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Co-ordinate and supervise the overall Accounts & financial activities of the company.
∎ To provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team; and be well-acquainted with company software, MIS and Costing.
∎ To oversee the preparation of all accounts and financial reports for the Top Management.
∎ To develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
∎ To do accounting research; manage the processes for financial forecasting; prepare and submit Annual Budget. And also manage accounting and financial systems.
∎ To provide financial and accounting strategic advice, direction and leadership. To project the financial status by reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
∎ Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends report.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts of the company.
∎ To ensure compliance of financial legislation, policies and procedures.
∎ To develop and implement purchase policies, manage investments and reserves, Tax, VAT, Customs Duty, C&F Agent, LC, etc.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in RMG Sector, Joint Stock works, Stock Exchange works, etc.
∎ To have sound knowledge in banking function, loan processing, mortgage, land deed, etc.
∎ monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; and planning and reviewing compensation strategies. Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
∎ Establishing effective fund management.
∎ As per management requirement further job will be added.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 10 year(s) working experience with a renowned 100% Export Oriented Garments Industry
∎ Can work under stress and individually
∎ Leadership ability lead and motivate a team with diverse individuals.
