Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setting and assessing the annual and long-term business targets through crafting the annual and strategic budgetary plan.
∎ Review the progress of the company’s financial target achievement on an ongoing basis and suggest strategic & operational change requirements to meet the target.
∎ Decision support for investment in new business product/showroom/dealer, product pricing, procurement & supply chain, trade & marketing promotion etc.
∎ Timely arrangement of all Vendor and Operational Payments ensuring due documentation and required compliance with financial policies and local laws.
∎ Supervising the transaction processing and bookkeeping system of all types of financial transactions of the company (Journal/Payment/Receipt vouchers etc.)
∎ Ensuring timely completion of all the reconciliations for GL, bank, sister concern, receivable, fixed assets, inventory, vendor, Tax/VAT, Advances etc.
∎ Ensuring timely preparation of all the periodic financial reporting and MIS as per SBU and Group Mandates.
∎ Ensuring preparation and/or review of various financial analytics in terms of product profitability, costing, revenue and other expenses/income.
∎ Ensuring due compliance related to withholding tax and VAT related to payment & collection, along with periodic reporting, reconciliation & documentation.
∎ Periodic review of the company balance sheet to ensure efficient working capital management and proper balance sheet hygiene.
∎ Review of fund position, available financing facility, repayment schedules and cash flow forecasting on continuous basis.
∎ Engaging with Banks/NBFIs for arranging sufficient and cost-effective credit lines.
∎ Ensuring proper reporting and control of fixed assets and inventory transactions.
∎ Monitoring the ERP development and maintenance for financial module.
