Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline
∎ MBA/M. Com in Accounting/Finance from any Govt. Approved University, but FCA/ ACMA/ FCMA will be given high preference with Professional Certification.
∎ Skills Required: Business Planning and Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Strategic Planning
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Accounts, Finance and Banking, Financial Budget, Financial Reporting, Fund Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and implement Strategic Business Policies, Protocol, Standard Operating Procedure-SOP of Financial Aspect.
∎ The scope of work of the portfolio includes but is not limited to the following:
∎ Finance: Responsible for overall activities of department financial planning, controlling, coordinating and supervising the finance related activities.
∎ Prepare cash flow statement, financial forecasting/projection and monthly, quarterly & yearly financial statements.
∎ Responsible for capital management, budgeting and implementation of budgetary control over the finance of the company.
∎ Responsible for group's fund management and disbursement.
∎ Supervising & monitoring of all kinds of liability of the Group and taking appropriate measures, on time.
∎ Maintain close liaison with all Banks and Financial Institutions relevant to company business.
∎ Accounts: Supervise and guide team involved in activities related to maintenance of accounts function.
∎ Maintain cash book, subsidiary ledger of bills receivable and bills payable to keep records of day-to-day expenditures and closing cash books on a daily basis.
∎ Prepare balance sheet, budget and control the overall accounts management.
∎ Manage a team of accounts officers delineating their responsibilities and ensure their job accomplishment in timely, efficient and effective manner. Coach, train, and mentor them with the aim of strengthening their capacity and professional development.
∎ Ensure petty cash, cash management and cash disbursement is properly maintained.
∎ Maintain inventory system by supervising the records of all productive items & Acquisition of Fixed Assets.
∎ Co-ordinate ERP System in full pleasure in all the functional units in the factory.
∎ Maintain effective liaison with relevant departments like costing, procurement, internal audit, etc., and external stakeholders as well as for smooth operation of the business. Ensure compliance of the applicable national laws and regulations, e.g. VAT and Tax rules.
∎ Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management.
∎ Audit: Overall Operations of Internal Audit Department of the Group.
∎ Fully responsible for Audit team functions and smooth operations.
∎ Ensure monthly inventory and pre-audit system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 year(s) in the relevant sector and team-leading experience of 5 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance and Banking, Financial Budget, Financial Reporting, Fund Management, Income Tax and VAT, Internal Audit, Inventory Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies
