∎ Job Location: Unique Trade Centre (UTC), Level 15, 8 Panthapath, Dhaka 1215
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Finance from bank as per company requirement and manage banking relationship.
∎ Prepare group finance strategic plan & implement that plan.
∎ Oversee fund investments and collaborates with investment bankers to seek extra funding for development if required.
∎ Independently lead and manage the Finance and Accounting division to ensure daily accounting work.
∎ Processing disbursements in an efficient manner
∎ Provide Cost and Benefits Analysis for any new or renewal for services/leases/annual contracts that the company undertakes for decision making.
∎ Provide insight, financial recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization.
∎ Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.
∎ Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget by division and monthly cash flow by division.
∎ Manage financial planning and analysis. Supervise creation of reports, software implementation and tools for budgeting and forecasting, Accounting, General Ledger, Administration and Operations.
∎ Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance, and financial procedures.
∎ Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, half yearly and annual financial statements.
∎ Oversee the month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inefficiencies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Expertise in MS Office package
∎ Above 10 years of experience in the relevant field
