Lead and manage Walton Plaza’s overall e-commerce business and growth strategy
Plan, execute, and monitor online sales targets and revenue performance
Oversee website, marketplace, and social commerce operations
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, IT, and customer service teams
Develop digital campaigns, promotions, and customer acquisition strategies
Ensure smooth order management, delivery, and after-sales service
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends for decision-making
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing e-commerce team
