• At least five years of experience in a managerial or senior-level design post.
• Top-notch creativity and innovation.
• Ability to convert client briefs into creative outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of CAD tools and graphic design.
• In-depth knowledge of fabric and trims & accessories.
• Ability to act as a leader and guide teams.

• Creating strategic design plans with tech pack development.
• Fixing the project timeline and budget and making the team adhere to it.
• Creating design ranges plan to visualize the outcome.
• Explaining the project outline to the design team and vendor.
• Supervising design projects and aiding the team from the beginning to the end.
• Performing market research to create better designs.
• Performing vendor follow-up.
• Sourcing fabric and trims & accessories.
