Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Head of the Commercial Department in the reputed export-oriented readymade garments industry.
Proven track record of leading and motivating large teams to achieve ambitious targets.
In-depth knowledge of international trade practices, including L/Cs, customs clearance, Incoterms, and export documentation.
Extensive experience in managing general bond operations and ensuring compliance.
Strong understanding of export and import procedures, logistics, and cost optimization strategies.
Proficient in export incentive programs offered by Bangladesh Bank.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Computer operation & commercial software applications (e.g., ERP systems).

The organization is looking for a potential and deserving candidate for the Head of Commercial position who has proven successful track experience of at least 10 years as Head of Commercial in reputed export-oriented readymade garment industries. The Head of the Commercial Department will play a vital role in driving our export growth and profitability. You will be responsible for leading a large team and overseeing all aspects of our commercial operations, including:
Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth and profitability in the export market.
Lead a large and diverse commercial team, providing mentorship to ensure high performance.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop effective expansion plans.
Oversee all aspects of the commercial function, including general bond, customs clearance, export & import operations, and Bangladesh Bank incentive programs.
Monitor and analyze commercial performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
Prepare comprehensive reports on commercial performance and identify areas for improvement.
To perform any other jobs as assigned by the management.
