Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in B2B technology sales

  • Minimum 5 years leading enterprise or technology sales teams

Experience in one or more areas:

  • Cloud ServicesData Center / ISPHosting & Managed ServicesIT Infrastructure / System Integration

  • Experience on Public Cloud Providers like (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Oracle Cloud)Software or IT-Enabled Services

Additional Requirements

Responsibilities & Context:

Role Summary

The Head of Cloud Sales will lead all revenue acquisition activities for Betopia Limited, driving enterprise sales, channel expansion, and market penetration.This role is responsible for turning cloud infrastructure capacity into scalable revenue through structured sales execution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Revenue Leadership:

  • Own and achieve cloud revenue targets

  • Drive sales across:

    • GPU-as-a-Service

    • VPS & Hosting

    • Storage & Backup Services

    • Managed Cloud & Enterprise Solutions

  • Build predictable recurring revenue pipeline

 

  1. Enterprise Sales Development:

  • Acquire large enterprise, startup, and government customers

  • Lead strategic account planning and deal closure

  • Develop AI startup and SaaS customer base

  • Drive cross-selling within group ecosystem clients

 

  1. Channel & Partner Sales:

  • Build reseller and channel partner network

  • Develop ISP, System Integrator, and technology partner sales programs

  • Expand indirect sales contribution

 

  1. Sales Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead high-performing cloud sales organization

  • Define quotas, territory plans, and performance metrics

  • Implement CRM discipline and pipeline governance

  • Coach and develop enterprise sales managers

 

  1. Commercial Execution:

  • Lead proposal strategy and commercial negotiations

  • Collaborate with Business & Product teams on pricing and packaging

  • Improve win rate and deal cycle efficiency

 

  1. Customer Growth & Retention:

  • Ensure strong customer onboarding and relationship management

  • Drive account expansion, renewals, and upselling

  • Work with operations teams to maintain service satisfaction
