Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digital Marketing:
∎ Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
∎ Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
∎ Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
∎ Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
∎ Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
∎ Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
∎ Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
∎ Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
∎ Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
∎ Marketing & Sales:
∎ Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sales.
∎ Must be capable to achieve company sales target on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
∎ Achieving individual sales targets as approved by the management.
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ To visit projects with client and doing sales meeting on the satisfactions.
∎ Build and maintain productive and cooperative relationship with Clients.
∎ Responsible for contract negotiation with Clients.
∎ Ensure team sales activities by implementation of daily/ weekly/ quarterly/ monthly action plan and evaluate with Management.
∎ Set sales goals, compare performance and adjust goal as needed.
∎ Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, sales script, etc.
∎ Manage the team to accomplish the Sales Target.
∎ Any Other Task assign by the Management.
∎ Ensuring strong presence, visibility & confidence in presenting company products.
∎ Keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.
∎ Managing relationships and service quality & standards.

∎ Market Research:
∎ Explore new business for the organizations.
∎ Bring new Ideas, plan to grow business in the respective region.
∎ Building solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.
∎ Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
∎ Direct marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directors and suggesting strategies to expand market research.
∎ Assess marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommend improvements as needed.
∎ Prepare all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs),
∎ Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers' needs.
∎ Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
∎ Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
∎ Select automation software and software platforms that best meet company needs.
∎ Identify new and emerging markets for business development and lead the
∎ Assess and analyze the potential to grow and adapt existing services and products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Knowledge on E-commerce
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal and oral communication skills
