∎ Identifies and develops new business opportunities.
∎ Expands the profile and reach of the company and its brands.
∎ Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
∎ Builds cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth.
∎ Fosters and works to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions.
∎ Helps to shape the company’s long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them.
∎ Researches and identifies new markets.
∎ Provides advice on Service development and distribution and promotion strategies.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback to the office as and when asked.
∎ Develop strong relationships with the top executives in the corporate industry
∎ Market analysis, campaign development and client management
∎ Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly report and submit to the management.
∎ Lead the planning & implementation of the Business Development policies and activities
∎ Assemble and coordinate project staffs, monitor and develop them with progress
∎ Arrange workshops and seminars with the employers, arrange job fair and ensure promotional and branding issues of the organization
∎ Presenting the organization to different national and international level
∎ Must have adequate knowledge in producing all sorts of reports, articles, and presentations to highlight the performance of the institutions
∎ Create the industry relationship for all branch offices
∎ Any other duties as assigned from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Area of Experience: Marketing/ Business development/ Strategic marketing in any reputed NGO/College/ University/ Multinational Company
∎ Proven working experience as a business development manager
∎ Willing to travel around the country frequently
∎ Market knowledge and ability to research
∎ Communication and negotiation skills
∎ Should be ready to face the challenges and achieve every target
∎ Should have sound knowledge of social media
∎ Have a good relationship with local media
∎ Expert in managing and organizing events
∎ Excellent in all sorts of oral and written communication
∎ Must be pro-active and able to achieve targets
