∎ *This position is responsible for a) Accounts b) Resource Utilization c) Financial Analysis & Reporting d) Bank liaison & Fund sourcing e) Budget & Budgetary Control f) Investment Analysis (R.O.I) g) Product Pricing h) Tax & Vat i) Management Accounts & Tax Accounts j) Process Automation k) Business Incentive Analysis in various positions l) Handling Share Certificates and Land Acquisition.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead, Coordinate and manage the overall financial management, business analysis, reporting control and secure financial future for the company's mission & values
∎ Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, departmental budget, plan, develop, direct, control and analyze all financial statement
∎ Establish financial control system and monitor risk management policies & procedures
∎ Establish financial control systems and monitor risk management policies and procedures to minimize enterprise risk & advise top management in capital structure decisions and its effective implementation
∎ Forecast and review yearly budget preparation, post budget analysis, cash flow analysis and analytical review of financial statement
∎ Oversee the deal with banks and financial institution, internal & external auditor for auditing and other regulatory works
∎ Adopt various policies and procedures to effectively run the finance and accounts department in line with organizational objectives
∎ Evaluate the finance accounts & finance department and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the company as well as provide individuals with professional and personal growth
∎ Responsible for day to day finance & accounts operations as per accounting standards
∎ Manage capital & investment issues by complying with appropriate budgeting process. Avoid legal challenges by understanding current & proposed legislation, enforce accounting regulations, recommend new procedures & solve TAX issues
∎ Develop and financial strategies including VAT & Taxes issues
∎ Maintain high level of relationship with Bank & financial institution
∎ Initiate and supervise the preparation of the Annual Business Plan for the company, including financial forecasts, Business Modelling, and Business analysis
∎ Ensure monthly, quarterly, yearly budget in consultation with various business head, budget analysis, controlling and reconciliation of budget
∎ Ensure employee payroll and analysis various compensation and benefits in consultation with Group Head of HR & Admin
∎ Initiate the and develop process automation of the department
∎ Develop and analysis incentive policy of respective employees
∎ Maintaining ERP-Tally9.0 for accounts
∎ Analysis R.O.I of new projects and existing project
∎ Continuous personal development related to new job context
∎ Continuously update on technology
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with professional degree qualified/partly qualified (CA/CMA/ACCA).
∎ Minimum 15 year(s) of work experience in Accounts & Finance with renowned MNC/ Local Company/International Company/ FMCG/Retail/Service industry/ Manufacturing
