Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in the field of Finance & Accounts.
∎ ACCA / CA / ICMA / CIMA (Minimum Partly qualified) is requisite to apply for the position.
∎ Skills Required: Excel Expert, Tally ERP 9
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Internal Audit, Costing, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monthly business performance analysis, book closing, reporting, review costing and managing budget.
∎ Validate daily expenses and revenue collection through remote deposit and collection value chain.
∎ Investigate variances against budgets, identify the impacts on the business and explore reasons behind variances and taken corrective actions.
∎ Lead preparation of annual budgets and provides group with ad hoc analysis of the various products costing.
∎ Mentoring, Coaching and supervise daily activities of team members.
∎ Administer and submit financial projections as required by the company Owners.
∎ Business process automation
∎ Evaluate the impact of business decisions where necessary.
∎ Administer the payroll process including payments of Salaries & benefits, wages, Separation.
∎ Administer compliance of various tax and other local statutory authorities.
∎ Administer to ensure and manage bank guarantee, payments and cash & bank reconciliation
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to developed and design Accounting Information system and able to developed and implement Accounting system;
∎ Excellent team player;
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills. Capable to pleasantly interact with different level of staff;
∎ Strong and proficient in use of MS office and working experience in Accounting software environment;
∎ Excellent knowledge of English and Bengali is essential.
