Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Accounting (Honors/ BBA/ MBA).
∎ CA/ ICMA (qualified/ partly qualified) will be preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ A Head of Accounts & finance is a professional who oversees all aspects of finance within a company in order to ensure that it is operating efficiently.
∎ Workplace: Work at Hospital Office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monthly & annual financial reporting, budgeting, taxes & overall financial operations of the organization.
∎ Maintain relationships with financial institutions, banks, and other regulatory bodies on regular basis.
∎ Review & evaluate the business plan & cash flow forecast to assess the fund requirements and sources of funds to minimize finance costs on a monthly basis.
∎ Monitor budget vs actual performance of the company to ensure cost control.
∎ Review Tax & VAT-related issues of the company.
∎ Reviewing & evaluating performance of the team.
∎ Management of Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund, and Workers' Profit Participation Fund
∎ Lead the team of accountants to manage and update all financial records in the Company's Software and also train the new accountants to accustom with the accounting management system.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned time to time by the management.
∎ Prepare accounting KPIs which assist the Company to set strategic goals.

∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ Skills Required: Fund Management, Payroll Processing, VAT and Tax.
∎ Skills Required: Office program (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point etc.)
∎ Must be honest, sincere, hardworking and non-smoker.
