• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or equivalent degree.

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Ltd. (CRAB) is the leading credit rating agency of Bangladesh, offering rating, grading, advisory, and information services. CRAB is looking for an experienced and self- motivated professional as Head of Accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Competency in MS office, Excel based accounting system and ERP software.

• To prepare Financial Statement including Cash Flow Statement, Financial Report, Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Balance Sheet, all kind of reconciliation, Annual Budget and other MIS-related reports as and when required by the company.

• Planning, complex problem resolution skills and analytical ability.

• Capable of multitasking with strong communication and presentation skills

• Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.

• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with all department personals.

• Dedicated, and hardworking with team spirit.

• Possess integrity and professionalism.

• Interpersonal skills to deal with NBR departments (particularly VAT office), Auditors, Regulatory bodies in dealing with finance matters.

• Regulations on VAT and Tax dealings.

• Fully versed with IFRS matters.

• Perform data analysis and prepare decision support reports for top management.

• Maintaining bank reconciliation on daily basis.

• As per company policy & also based on experience and credentials.
