- Age 45 to 55 years
Extensive experience with International Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is essential, with proficiency in SAP as an added benefit. Candidates with a background in ERP system implementation will receive additional consideration.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills back by experience that spans areas such as financial systems, financial planning, accountancy, funds management etc.
Experience in team management and team building consisting of different level of staff.
Strong interpersonal and liaison skills.
Knowledge of current relevant Taxation laws.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and relationship management skills.
Should have staff supervision and development skill
Responsibilities & Context:
Take accountability for all finance & accounts operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, accounts, and compliance.
Lead, inspire, and develop first-class finance & accounts functions, delivering effective and efficient financial support throughout the hospital.
Ensure smooth functioning of financial policy and procedure through SAP.
Supervise the team in the facilitation of day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, and the management and administration of the welfare fund scheme and payroll.
Ensure an effective financial policy and procedure is in place, promoting transparency and accountability within the hospital.
Look for consistent, transparent, and realistic budgeting and management accounting.
Enable provision of an effective and efficient financial accounting system for the hospital.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting. Enable branch hospitals to effectively and efficiently manage their finances by providing high-quality support ensuring regular monitoring and need based capacity building.
Performance management and staff development of Finance & Accounts department.
Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the competent authority.
