1. Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably within a design agency or creative industry.
2. Experience with lead generation, nurturing, and conversion, as well as negotiation and closing skills.

• Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

• Lead generation, nurturing, and conversion to secure new business deals.

• Optimize marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and enhance the customer experience.

• Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and tailoring marketing strategies accordingly.

• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
