Responsibilities & Context:
- HVAC, রান্নাঘরের সরঞ্জাম এবং প্রিমাইজ রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ পদ্ধতির গভীর জ্ঞান।
- প্রতিদিন সকালে সমস্ত লাইট, পাওয়ার সাপ্লাই, সুইচ এবং এসি সিস্টেম চেক করা।
- রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ এবং ছোটখাটো মেরামত করা সহ পেইন্টিং এবং দেয়াল ফাটল , কার্পেটিং, ইনস্টলেশন ইত্যাদি।
- প্লামবিং এর সকল কাজ এবং বৈদ্যুতিক ও নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা মেরামত।
- নির্ধারিত বা জরুরী কাজ হিসাবে অ-রুটিন দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
- এসি সার্ভিসিং এবং রিপেয়ারিং দক্ষতা।
- বিভিন্ন পাওয়ার সরঞ্জাম ব্যবহার করে মেরামতের জন্য একটি পরিকল্পনা তৈরি এবং বাস্তবায়ন করা।
- মেরামত এবং সাধারণ হার্ডওয়্যার প্রতিস্থাপন।
- হার্ডওয়্যার এবং পাওয়ার কুইপমেন্ট দিয়ে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা।
