Experience:
4 Years Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Professional certifications in visual design, motion graphics, or UI/UX design will be an advantage.
Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 and GPA 4.00 out of 5.00.
No 3rd Division/Class at any level.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and tools like Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW.
Strong skills in video editing, animation, and motion graphics.
Understanding of UI/UX design basics for digital platforms.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
Familiarity with SEO-friendly design and responsive content creation.
Awareness of AI-based design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI) is a plus.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Awareness of branding, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement trends.

Job Responsibilities:
Design engaging visual content (posters, banners, brochures, social media graphics, digital ads, etc.) for admissions campaigns, outreach programs, and university branding.
Create motion graphics, reels, and short promotional videos optimized for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and etc.
Support university departments by designing brochures, event materials, certificates, presentations, infographics, and academic/research visuals.
Collaborate with the Admissions & Promotions team, Public Relations Office, and other departments to ensure alignment with GUB’s branding and communication strategy.
Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand guidelines across all communication channels (digital and print).
Develop and manage design templates, icon libraries, and a centralized digital asset library for GUB.
Assist in creating visuals for press releases, newsletters, publications, and reports.
Ensure designs are optimized for multiple formats (print, mobile, web, and social media).
Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, AI-assisted design), and recommend innovative approaches to enhance GUB’s digital presence.
Provide creative input in event branding, stage design, and digital displays during university programs.
Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of all design projects.
