• Training from Creative IT Institute,

• International certifications such as Adobe Certified Professional (ACP)

• Online certifications from platforms like Coursera, Udemy, or LinkedIn Learning

• Its a plus if you are certified but we value work more than certificate

• At least 4 years

Job Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for multiple business verticals under RKD GROUP

• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines (logos, color palettes, typography, tone)

• Create social media creatives, campaign visuals, and digital marketing assets

• Design magazines, brochures, catalogs, company profiles, and print materials

• Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline channels

• Conduct independent research to generate creative concepts and design directions

• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to execute campaign strategies

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design innovations
