Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Graphic Designer, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ You should have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Diploma in Computer in Graphics, creative design,marketing,printing and packging
∎ Training/Trade Course: graphic software: Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator.,MS Office,digital marketing
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, creativity and innovation, Good communication skills, Networking, Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem solving skills., team work

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Business Development, Digital marketing expert, event and activation, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Graphics Design, Graphics Design Auto CAD, Photography, printing and packaging
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualizing and executing creative print design ideas, including visuals for packaging and trade marketing.
∎ Presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating feedback into your final design.
∎ Meeting with the design and marketing teams to discuss packaging specifications and confirm budgets.
∎ Ensuring packaging designs accurately represent the company’s brand and ethos.
∎ Stay up to date with consumer and market trends for packaging & printing materials.
∎ Work with the marketing, event, and creative team for content ideation and in-depth understanding of requirements.
∎ Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations and High quality and eye-catching content like social media posts and banners, flyers, Brochures, Leaflets, logos, blog images, infographics, and website banners, for Web & Social Media advertisements according to the guidelines and instructions.
∎ Take creative and quality ownership (manage full ideation to execution cycle) and provide strategic ideas.
∎ Communicating and cooperating with job-related internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Reviewing all final layouts/designs/artwork and suggesting improvements when necessary.
∎ Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and artwork.
∎ Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ You should have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field.
∎ Advanced knowledge and minimum 5+ years of practical experience in graphic software: Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator.
∎ Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
∎ Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
